Sinotruk: 2020 revenue approaching 60 billion RMB net profit growth of 53.65%

On the evening of March 31, 2021, Sinotruk (000951) released the annual report for 2020, during the reporting period, the company’s revenue and profit achieved both growth.

The annual report shows that in 2020, Sinotruk accumulated sales of 206,000 heavy trucks, a year-on-year growth of 50.49%;

Its operating revenue reached 59.938 billion RMB, up 50.44% year on year;

Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies reached 1.88 billion RMB, up 53.65% year on year.

At the same time, the net cash flow generated by operating activities in the reporting period was 4.153 billion RMB, up 59.52% year on year, demonstrating good operating quality.

At the same time, the company announced the 2020 annual profit distribution plan, to all shareholders every 10 shares to pay a cash dividend of 6.8 RMB (tax included), a total dividend of about 570 million RMB, accounting for 30% of the net profit.
